Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–7 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Coulee Baby is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@couleebaby.com and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@couleebaby.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
